Welcome to the UBC Student Housing and Hospitality Services (SHHS) Online Service Centre

This Online Service Centre allows you to:

  • Apply for student housing, check the status of your application, make a payment to your residence account, complete your online room inventory and condition report, report a maintenance request.
  • Sign up for Food Services campus plans, make a payment, check your plan balance, add dollars to your plan.
  • View and make a payment to your child care accounts.
  • Make an online reservation for the Commuter Student Hostel.

This service is available from 4 a.m. to midnight (Pacific Standard Time).

New Applicant to UBC: if you have not yet applied for admission to UBC, please do so at http://you.ubc.ca/admissions/how-to-apply you will be given the option to apply for housing at the end of your application process to UBC.

Payment services in the Online Service Centre will be unavailable from February 27 5:30pm to February 28 12:30am PST for maintenance.
Expiry dates for 2015-2016 Winter Session RAP offers have been extended to February 28, 2015 at 11:59pm PST.
